How to Reset Your Password with Ease

1. Find the Log-In Icon
- Find the reset option by clicking the log-in icon at the top right-hand corner of iab.com.

2. Initiate Password Reset:
- Select the “Don’t Remember Password” link.

3. Input Your Professional Email
- Opt to send a password reset email to your business/professional email account.

4. Check Your Inbox:
- Expect a password reset email promptly from [email protected]. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

5. Click and Reset:
- Open the email and click the reset link provided within. Follow the prompts on the password reset page.

6. Choose a Secure Password:
- Create a new password that meets the following criteria:
- Minimum eight (8) characters in length.
- Include at least three (3) of the following four (4) types of characters:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special Characters (@#$%^&*) etc.

7. Confirmation:
- Once successfully updated, a confirmation message will appear. You will also receive a confirmation email for your records.

Why is IAB upgrading the sign-on process?
We are constantly striving to improve our online services for our members. Our previous solution had several issues, and we are excited to provide a more robust experience moving forward.

Can I use my old password when I reset?
No, you cannot use your previous five passwords. Please register with a new password that meets the following criteria:
- Eight characters in length, minimum
- Contain at least three (3) of the following four (4) types of characters: Lowercase letters (a-z), Upper case letters (A-Z), Numbers (0-9), Special Characters (@#$%^&*) etc.

Can I register with a personal email?
We prefer that you use a business / professional email address to register with IAB. If you are located in the United States or anywhere outside the EEA and the UK, you can register a secondary personal email. However, if you are located inside EEA and the UK, we cannot accept personal emails due to GDPR restrictions.

Can EEA and UK countries register for an account?
Yes, but we only accept corporate emails. Please, no personal emails.

I do not remember my username. How can I find it?
Click the log-in icon in the top right-hand corner. Next, click ‘Recover Account’ on the dialog box button. Follow the directions to recover your account.
